Klaus Krauter is a technology leader with over 30 years’ experience in senior management, commercialization, IP portfolio development and software engineering.
Klaus specialises in new product development and has developed many new software products and services over the course of his career in startups, SMEs, and large corporations.
Prior to this, Klaus was a senior manager at the University of Wollongong’s Commercialisation unit where he oversaw the implementation of commercial research contracts that brought in over $20m per year. He has also served as a Senior Manager at Canon Information Systems Australia where he developed a patent creation strategy that led to over 25 patent families. Klaus has held various technical roles in software development and systems architecture in Canada and Australia.
Klaus holds a BCSc (Honours) and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba.
