gemaker was engaged to guide and facilitate Western Sydney University’s (WSU) development of three new strategic research initiatives (SRIs):
- Young and Resilient Research Centre
- International Centre for Neuromorphic Systems
- Centre for Transforming Early Education and Child Health (TeEACH).
The gemaker team delivered a raft of services to meet WSU’s needs, including:
- strategy workshops with leaders in the three SRIs
- stakeholder communications
- industry engagement training for researchers
- website copywriting for the three SRIs
- a webinar for an industry partnership event; and
- workshop facilitation for a key research project
