UWA approached gemaker for customised AI Software commercialisation training for their technology transfer office (TTO) staff and key researchers.
We provided them with customised training which focused on software technologies, AI-based inventions, and AI-enabled discoveries, and included UWA case studies.
gemaker’s focused 3-hour workshop upskilled UWA’s staff in how to better identify real commercial assets, understand what is and isn’t protectable, avoid common patent and licensing pitfalls, and manage data as part of the invention.
The workshop provided participants with greater clarity and practical specialist tools to confidently assess and commercialise software, AI and AI-enabled inventions in a rapidly changing space.
