Through a series of workshops, gemaker worked with the CQUniversity research team to identify the novel aspects of their technology and assess its patentability.
The gemaker specialist also provided strategic advice on patent versus trade secret protection, educated the team on preparing effective patent attorney briefing materials and patenting strategies, and recommended specialist patent attorneys to support the patent filing process.
